Scheduling Appointments:
To schedule an appointment, and for additional information, please call us at (425) 558-5566. It is best to review available scheduling over the phone or by coming in. For first time appointments, an advance payment is required to confirm your session time. Please arrive to your first session five minutes early to complete introductory forms.
All scheduled appointments are paid in advance. We accept all major credit cards
Workshops
All Workshops require pre-registration with payment in full to guarantee your participation. No refunds once workshop begins and no refunds for missed days.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged in full (Monday lessons must be canceled by noon Saturday).
Illness and Emergency Cancellation Policy
We understand that there are certain circumstances in which you may find it impossible to make your scheduled private or semi-private appointment without having given 24 hours notice of cancellation. For other situations we have instituted an Emergency Cancellation Fee Each client is allotted two (2) such cancellations per year. The fee for late canceling due to an emergency is: $35 for a Private, $20 for a Semi-private. We still must pay our instructors in these circumstances, so we hope you will find this option affordable.
Refunds - NO REFUNDS
- Packages must be used within 90 days from date of purchase and are non-refundable.
- All Specials have a 60 day expiration and are non-refundable.
Transfers
If you purchase a package and are unable to use it within 90 days, you can transfer the remaining sessions to your next package purchase. In this event, the used portion of the expired package will be converted to the cost of individual sessions, and the balance can be transferred. In circumstances such as if you are moving from the area and will not be purchasing more sessions, the same transfer formula applies, however, you may only transfer the remaining balance of your account to someone who is not currently a client at our studio.
Discounts Available
- 10% senior discount (65 and older), excludes any Specials.
- 10% student discount (with valid picture ID), excludes any Specials.
