Sched­ul­ing Appoint­ments:

To sched­ule an appoint­ment, and for addi­tional infor­ma­tion, please call us at (425) 558‑5566. It is best to review avail­able sched­ul­ing over the phone or by com­ing in. For first time appoint­ments, an advance pay­ment is required to con­firm your ses­sion time. Please arrive to your first ses­sion five min­utes early to com­plete intro­duc­tory forms.

All sched­uled appoint­ments are paid in advance. We accept all major credit cards

Work­shops

All Work­shops require pre-registration with pay­ment in full to guar­an­tee your par­tic­i­pa­tion. No refunds once work­shop begins and no refunds for missed days.

Can­cel­la­tion Policy

Please allow 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your sched­uled appoint­ment to avoid being charged in full (Mon­day lessons must be can­celed by noon Saturday).

Ill­ness and Emer­gency Can­cel­la­tion Policy

We under­stand that there are cer­tain cir­cum­stances in which you may find it impos­si­ble to make your sched­uled pri­vate or semi-private appoint­ment with­out hav­ing given 24 hours notice of cancellation. For other sit­u­a­tions we have insti­tuted an Emer­gency Can­cel­la­tion Fee Each client is allot­ted two (2) such can­cel­la­tions per year.  We still must pay our instruc­tors in these cir­cum­stances, so we hope you will find this option affordable.

Refunds — NO REFUNDS

  • Pack­ages must be used within 90 days from date of pur­chase and are non-refundable.
  • All Spe­cials have a 60 day expi­ra­tion and are non-refundable.

Trans­fers

If you pur­chase a pack­age and are unable to use it within 90 days, you can trans­fer the remain­ing ses­sions to your next pack­age purchase. In this event, the used por­tion of the expired pack­age will be con­verted to the cost of indi­vid­ual ses­sions, and the bal­ance can be transferred. In cir­cum­stances such as if you are mov­ing from the area and will not be pur­chas­ing more ses­sions, the same trans­fer for­mula applies, how­ever, you may only trans­fer the remain­ing bal­ance of your account to some­one who is not cur­rently a client at our studio.
