I’ve been exercising at Redmond Pilates for nearly a year. I love it! It is a great studio with excellent instructors and has provided me with a nice sense of community. I know when I train at Redmond Pilates I am getting authentic Pilates training at its finest, personalized for my needs and my movement patterns. I have seen amazing results in my posture, flexibility and core strength. I no longer suffer back aches from my desk job and look forward to that great feeling I experience after every work out. It is a wonderful studio, with friendly teachers that promote a personalized experience and a sense of community. Redmond Pilates is a very special workout studio.
Brand New Body

After seeing my posture and figure deteriorate from years of sitting at a desk, I decided one day to stop the decline. I have always hated going to the gym; the masses running on treadmills and crowds pumping away on cycles was never for me, Boring! I wanted something that I would stick to and that would show me real results. I signed up for an introductory package at Redmond Pilates and have stuck with it for over a year. I have lost 45 pounds with a healthy diet and my regular Pilates workouts. I look forward to my class; it is personal and targeted to my needs and the instructors at Redmond Pilates really take the time to make individualized corrections to maximize the benefits of my workout. I love Redmond Pilates! It has made me strong, without bulking up and it has really changed my body and corrected my posture. Pilates lengthens your waist and integrates body movements, adding grace and endurance. I have a waist again and even more important I have the flexibility and strength to continue to live an active lifestyle.
I was looking at a People magazine the other day and remarked at what a beautiful figure Anna Pacquin had; then I read she was “addicted” to Pilates. I wasn’t surprised, as she had that Pilates look. I really recommend Redmond Pilates to anyone who wants real, noticeable results from their workout. I’ve tried those “kick your butt” style exercises like the Bar Method that make you sore; Pilates doesn’t do that to you. It changes your body from the inner muscles out and is subtle, but very effective. Courtney, Lexi and Macaully are fantastic teachers that provide personalized instruction and spot on corrections to my movement so I can achieve the changes that my body needs to move efficiently. For anyone that wants personalized instruction from knowledgeable, friendly, instructors in an intimate, bright, studio environment, I highly recommend Redmond Pilates. Pilates instruction isn’t cheap, but gaining a new lease on life makes it worth it.
