Wedding Ready Bride

I have been going to Red­mond Pilates Cen­ter since Feb­ru­ary of 2009.  The instruc­tors really care about you here, and they are pas­sion­ate about help­ing you to achieve your goals.

I had a very spe­cific goal that I wanted to achieve when I started, and my instruc­tor Court­ney believed in me, and helped me to cre­ate an entire fit­ness plan.  Not only did I meet my goal, I had exceeded it!  Since reach­ing my goal, I still reg­u­larly attend 2 ses­sions a week, and con­tinue to see a huge improve­ment in my mus­cle tone around my core, arms, shoul­ders, back, butt, and thighs.  My pos­ture has also improved.  I used to have very bad lower back pain, and that has improved sig­nif­i­cantly as well.  

I really can’t thank Red­mond Pilates Cen­ter enough for always believ­ing in me, push­ing me to excel, and encour­ag­ing me on my path to bet­ter health.  They con­stantly chal­lenge me with more advanced work­outs so that it never gets bor­ing, and my body con­tin­ues to gain strength and see results.

I just wanted to write and thank you for all of your out­stand­ing effort in putting together the Red­mond Pilates Cen­ter. What a gift this has been to the com­mu­nity! For the first time, I have found an exer­cise that is chal­leng­ing, fun, and pro­duces results quickly. As you know, when I first came to the cen­ter I was com­pletely “tied in knots” and expe­ri­enced neck and shoul­der pain and tight­ness. Though I con­sid­ered myself to be in pretty good shape over­all, mul­ti­ple preg­nan­cies had left my abdom­i­nal mus­cles in sad shape. Through your kind but relent­less efforts, those prob­lems are greatly improved. I have found the instruc­tors to be pro­fes­sional, accom­plished, and per­son­able. The cen­ter is well main­tained and pro­vides a very pos­i­tive envi­ron­ment in which to achieve per­sonal fit­ness goals. I would not be exag­ger­at­ing when I state that Pilates has done great things for me. The intense con­cen­tra­tion required has taught me to be more focused in all areas of endeavor. I have also learned con­scious relax­ation, again a valu­able tool. Even every­day activ­i­ties seem eas­ier once the “Pow­er­house” is engaged. My level of energy has gone up tremen­dously. Best of all the chal­lenges go on and on. Just when I think I have got­ten the moves down, I find there is a whole new level. The work just goes deeper and deeper and pro­duces ongo­ing results. I wish you the very best as you expand the facil­i­ties. I have no doubt you will be suc­cess­ful always because you pro­vide a qual­ity ser­vice that pro­duces great ben­e­fits.
