I have been going to Redmond Pilates Center since February of 2009. The instructors really care about you here, and they are passionate about helping you to achieve your goals.
I had a very specific goal that I wanted to achieve when I started, and my instructor Courtney believed in me, and helped me to create an entire fitness plan. Not only did I meet my goal, I had exceeded it! Since reaching my goal, I still regularly attend 2 sessions a week, and continue to see a huge improvement in my muscle tone around my core, arms, shoulders, back, butt, and thighs. My posture has also improved. I used to have very bad lower back pain, and that has improved significantly as well.
I really can’t thank Redmond Pilates Center enough for always believing in me, pushing me to excel, and encouraging me on my path to better health. They constantly challenge me with more advanced workouts so that it never gets boring, and my body continues to gain strength and see results.

“I just wanted to write and thank you for all of your outstanding effort in putting together the Redmond Pilates Center. What a gift this has been to the community! For the first time, I have found an exercise that is challenging, fun, and produces results quickly. As you know, when I first came to the center I was completely “tied in knots” and experienced neck and shoulder pain and tightness. Though I considered myself to be in pretty good shape overall, multiple pregnancies had left my abdominal muscles in sad shape. Through your kind but relentless efforts, those problems are greatly improved. I have found the instructors to be professional, accomplished, and personable. The center is well maintained and provides a very positive environment in which to achieve personal fitness goals. I would not be exaggerating when I state that Pilates has done great things for me. The intense concentration required has taught me to be more focused in all areas of endeavor. I have also learned conscious relaxation, again a valuable tool. Even everyday activities seem easier once the “Powerhouse” is engaged. My level of energy has gone up tremendously. Best of all the challenges go on and on. Just when I think I have gotten the moves down, I find there is a whole new level. The work just goes deeper and deeper and produces ongoing results.
