I have been going to Red­mond Pilates Cen­ter since Feb­ru­ary of 2009.  The instruc­tors really care about you here, and they are pas­sion­ate about help­ing you to achieve your goals.

I had a very spe­cific goal that I wanted to achieve when I started, and my instruc­tor Court­ney believed in me, and helped me to cre­ate an entire fit­ness plan.  Not only did I meet my goal, I had exceeded it!  Since reach­ing my goal, I still reg­u­larly attend 2 ses­sions a week, and con­tinue to see a huge improve­ment in my mus­cle tone around my core, arms, shoul­ders, back, butt, and thighs.  My pos­ture has also improved.  I used to have very bad lower back pain, and that has improved sig­nif­i­cantly as well.  

I really can’t thank Red­mond Pilates Cen­ter enough for always believ­ing in me, push­ing me to excel, and encour­ag­ing me on my path to bet­ter health.  They con­stantly chal­lenge me with more advanced work­outs so that it never gets bor­ing, and my body con­tin­ues to gain strength and see results.
